CorkTree is a Long Island shop built on a simple obsession: rare, characterful bottles, and the people who love them. What started as a passion for the unusual and the hard-to-find has grown into one of the deepest curated selections of whiskey, agave spirits, and wine you'll find anywhere — in the store, or online.

A shelf chosen by hand

We don't stock by spreadsheet. We taste widely, choose carefully, and pick our single barrels ourselves — traveling to distilleries and working directly with the makers and importers who matter. Almost everything on our shelf is here because someone behind the counter tried it and believed in it.

That means real depth in the categories we love. Bourbon and rye, Scotch and Japanese whisky, American single malts and the single barrels we hand-select. Tequila and mezcal across the full agave expression, from crisp blanco to slow-aged extra añejo. And a wine selection that runs from Long Island and the Finger Lakes to the classic estates of the Old World.

The rare and the allocated

A large part of our shelf is allocated or genuinely hard to find — Pappy Van Winkle, allocated Japanese releases, trophy cognac, and single-barrel picks you won't see twice. These bottles move quietly and quickly. If there's something specific you've been chasing, tell us; we keep our ears to the ground and our regulars first in line.
